Since 1987, Chuck Franklin has been a cornerstone of legal excellence in Arizona. With a degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and a law degree from Whittier School of Law, Chuck has dedicated his career to providing top-notch legal services. Moving from Chicago in 1977, he has built a reputable practice known for its personalized attention and outstanding results.

Chuck Franklin is one of few of the only licensed private investigators in the state of Arizona that is a defense attorney. He is also a member of the USCCA (United States Concealed Carry Association) legal defense network—a well-known organization that protects the Second Amendment rights of US citizens.

Over the years, Chuck Franklin Law has become synonymous with integrity, commitment, and unparalleled legal expertise. His background as a motorcycle rider, racer, and general motorsports enthusiast offers insights few other attorneys can match. For over 20 years, Chuck had sponsored the Phoenix Supercross, Arizona Bike Week, and hundreds of local motorcycle events.

Chuck has tried over 200 jury trials and represented more than 4300 defendants in DUI and DWI cases. His diverse background includes being a Certified Honda Motorcycle technician since age 17, nightclub manager, probation officer, and CPS children’s treatment counselor. This multifaceted experience enriches his legal practice, providing a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the challenges his clients face. Sydney is from Portland, Oregon, and graduated from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After moving to Arizona in 2024, she obtained a Pathway to Paralegal Postbaccalaureate Certificate from Purdue Global to pursue a career in the legal field.Sydney previously worked at a DUI Diversion office in Oregon and later as a Records Clerk while completing her paralegal certificate. These experiences helped build the foundation for her current role as a criminal defense and civil litigation paralegal.

Kiana Kaye is a tribal member of the Navajo Nation and graduated from the University of Arizona (BEAR DOWN) with her Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Learning Innovation with an emphasis in Community Education.Kiana has worked as a paralegal for two years and previously worked as a legal assistant for three years, gaining experience in criminal and family law. She currently works as a personal injury/pre-litigation paralegal and also has prior experience in probate matters. With a well-rounded legal background, Kiana is committed to assisting clients with care, organization, and attention to detail throughout the legal process.

Christine is from Seattle, Washington, but has lived in Arizona for 35 years. After getting a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Christine attended the University of Notre Dame School of Law, graduating in 1991. She was an associate attorney for a national products liability firm, for 5 years, before stepping away from the practice of law to raise her four children.Christine has worked for the past 7 years as a private investigator and paralegal and recently returned to the practice of law. At Chuck Franklin Law, Christine primarily handles civil litigation and enjoys the diversity of the work and clients.
